Lot of Politics and your good work not paid off....just many persons worried about their less salary vs huge work and not good recognition given by some persons, they put their name before to our work done or for some initiatives done by others...

Likes

We are able to interact with the faculty and acquire knowledge. There's no pressure in my job.

Dislikes

The salary will be paid in accordance with the government regulation. The government sector will not be given any increment or incentive.

Likes

Comfortable being and working with office staffs, higher officials are teaching in a good way about the processes, office timing is comfortable, reading more documents and case letters, happy to stayed in the post of dealing hand in vellore zone. Storing records, solving their colleges and student queries etc.

Low salary, No job assurance

One of the renowned institutions in this part of the world which is know to be the source for numerous stalwarts across engineering and technology. It provides an ambient atmosphere to learn and work. Its name and fame in India makes it easier to attract funds than any other institution with same caliber.

Dislikes

The age old regulations, administrative processes, corruption tainted administration, etc. are the things that drags the growth of people who really thrive to achieve something.

If You are a Permanent Employee in Anna University then you are the king, Because it has lot of Benefits. But Sorry if you are a temporary Employee(Daily wage) . You may be happy at the beginning but as time goes you will be very bored, nothing new, Nothing to learn or Explore, you will be going to office only for salary. That's the situation here for the Temporary employee..

Dislikes

No Conformation on job security, no conformation on that your contract period will be renewed, no hikes, may be yearly increase in wages upto 30 rupee( highest for a BE graduate)
