.... worst organisation ever.. save your time and dont join this pathetic company.. the director cannot afford paying salary so even if he hires you with good package he will mentally torture you and remove you.

The attrition rate is very high.. the company cannot afford to hire experienced people as the maximum they pay is 20-15k per month... Worst organisation ever .no professional behavior ... Theres no such thing as management or HR.. the hr is helpless coward and gets dictated by the director.. NEVER JOIN THIS PATHETIC ORGANISATION..

I have recorded proof that how directors speak abusively with their employees in own company, which shows how poorly this company is managed. The toxic environment and lack of support make it a terrible place to work. Save yourself from trouble and avoid this company at all cost. No holidays at all, HR policies are not existent or not followed, employees are often left in dark about there rights and benefits. Owner micromanages every aspects, leading to a toxic work environment, which leads in spoiling work environment. Terrible board of management-Extremely unprofessional & ineffective. Their decision often lack logic and skill to lead the company. You are not allowed to attend the interview or explore other job opp. even if you wish to switch, traps in unfulfillment & restrictive work situation. Company fails to provide the step-by-step training to new employees, feels employee ill prepared, leading to confusion and unsupportive.
