They expect you to be an expert on day one. They have strict timing for the punch in but the punch out is always over 3 hr from form predetermined timing. The workstation is worst with. They the task to be done but it gets late due to slow PC.

There is no career as well as financial growth in this company. They force the Design Engineers to wait for extra 2 -3 hours after office hours and also sometimes they tell the Engineers to work overnight. Even they expect to come on time the next day if you wait and work. There is no system in the working and still the owner expects the work to be completed on time and fast. He has pressurized so much on the Design Head for the work that the Design Head in turn pressurizes his junior Engineers. Even if you work in this company as per their requirement, you will end with nothing in your hand as the product is not an Engineering product so will not learn anything. Not good for experienced persons. Freshers can join just for start and for only 1 year maximum. There will be no personal life left if you work in this company.
