My Company has nice work culture and allows employes to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciate for their efforts. Company policies are good. So our Company has the easy work and easy reward features.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
