Its basically near to my place so working in that school I can save my more time secondly the student who are coming in this school belonging midle class family and they and their parents know the value of education its was really a pleasure for me to teach those kind of students

Not at all, satisfied working there as team mates are having typical bahenji type mentality, jealous of each other, always tried to get the attention of the owner, acting principal was completely biased, keep shifting their responsibly on their juniors, unequal treatment, group politics splly. In teachers staff room, low standerd of teaching, no English speaking practice in higher classes

Dislikes

Sheer and cheap politics amongst teachers, take it easy policy habits practiced by the teachers, biased leadership by the acting principal

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
