1) Politicians in the top and middle management 2) Toxic work environment. 3) Insecure individuals. 4) Favoritism. 5) Dictatorship for nothing. 6) Unprofessional individuals. 7) No respect for lower staff, Gali wali dena am bat hain. 8) Lack of Knowledgeful personals and too in the top management. 9) Female/ male ratio is very poor. 10) Many female employees left the job within year, and too without getting one. 11) No support from the bosses apart from the financial approval. 11) Sab bhagwan Bharose chl rha.
