It's wrost experience because they didn't pay the salaries to the employees.After completion of project period not paid salaries to the employees.Its wrost ,waste experience working in APSSDC.

They are not taking the responsibility for job securities,just use and through manner......,very Irresponsibility department.Who are working in APSSDC they money minded persons.

good opportunity. good for freshers, good working environment. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work more than 10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend MYN class and also taking care about jobmela & regular class students certification programs ( courses).

No Salary Hike, no designation betterment, no compensation, no correct HR policies, no appreciation for good work,no recognization for saving government money, so many are there.
