...ulture for the employees activity, gathering, no celebration, no festivals, etc. No promotion to employees and no intention to retain employees and giving devasting salary to new employees who don't justify even their salary. No work life balance, employees were asked to work from home also no job security as HO shifted to other location the current HO employees were asked to move on or shift to new location with no perks or increment for relocation.

Amazing experience while working here, very supportive and pressure less work atmosphere. Management understand the employees satisfaction and deliver the best for employees...

An organisation with excellent work culture with professional staff handling various important functions. It is a growing organisation combining social impact and commercial with genuine work to improve the lot of poor focusing on welfare of women at the bottom of economic pyramid. Has a great future.

Dislikes

At no moment i felt about anything bothering me. It was a very smooth sail with excellent team contribution. Really enjoyed working with Ananya.
