NO PROPER PLANNING REGARDING WORK ALLOCATION. IRRESPECTIVE OF WORK EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL DEGREE THEY CAN GIVE ANY WORK TO QUALIFIED PEOPLE LIKE TAKING CARE OF FILE ROOM WHICH IS FULL OF DUST AND WHICH MANY OTHER EMPLOYEES REFUSED TO DO. ZERO JOB SATISFACTION. WRONG WORK ALLOCATION.

... real estate market condition, this company is performing slow but satisfactory. Salary is on time till 7th with a track record of 50 years. Internal environment is also nice. As my personal thought company need to adopt some new techniques in office, planning & construction.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow. I feel job security is only negative point. However, people are working or had worked continue for more than 20 years but on resignation or termination none of them have notice period for a single week.

Had an excellent team to work with and who were dedicated to the core.

The element of trust is missing. Management does not trust its employees despite the fact that they have delivered in all respects. This results in an atmosphere of uncertainty in job security which is not good for the development of the project as well as the organisation.
