... real estate market condition, this company is performing slow but satisfactory. Salary is on time till 7th with a track record of 50 years. Internal environment is also nice. As my personal thought company need to adopt some new techniques in office, planning & construction.

Career growth is slow. I feel job security is only negative point. However, people are working or had worked continue for more than 20 years but on resignation or termination none of them have notice period for a single week.

...atter. Your reporting boss will be like puppet and helpless. No company policy. No Transparency in salary. Worst Experience ever !

The element of trust is missing. Management does not trust its employees despite the fact that they have delivered in all respects. This results in an atmosphere of uncertainty in job security which is not good for the development of the project as well as the organisation.
