In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Firstly due to job security, secondly as we work with buyers all over the world we get opportunity to learn everyday. There is a friendly relation between ground staffs and office staffs thats make working easy.There is no office politics. The office management arranges for twice or thrice outing in a year which boots the mental health of the workers. There is a yearly incriment for all the workers.
