Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). The apraisal cycle is late and don't give arries also. There is less transperency in appraisals. Do not promote even if you have performed high.

To be honest Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd along with all the members of our team has now become just like my family . Our Whole time Director Supriya Ma'am, CEO Rajesh Sir and entire management always encourage and motivate us a lot. I really feel proud to one of the part in this organisation.

Uneducated, Unprofessional HR. They don't know how to shortlist Candidate. They reject candidate without any reason. If they not sirious about hiring, so why they posted advertisement on job site. please don't wast Candidates valuable time. Atlast My advice to every Candidate please if you don't want to waste your valuable time, then don't apply in Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers. They will waste your valuable time.
