One & only thing i liked here is that if You are a complete fresher then you can work here for gaining experience for say 6 to 12 months and nothing else is good.

Poor management no working culture no salary hike.. Partial behavior towards employees maximum work allocation if you are good learner but then also no salary hike if management is not satisfied. Above all experience of working in banking department is of no use anywhere unless one goes into another broking firm..

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Ther is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

I like that for individuals who are not getting jobs, AnandRathi is a great start. They'll enable you to be something out of nothing. You'll get ample time to learn and practice at work in initial time of joining.

Dislikes

There are much politics ongoing. Even if you work hard, working day and night. It all depend upon manager rating. There is less to no communication of management with employees. So no transparency. Those employees who have dependency, will get higher rating even if they work less, others will get less.

Nothing at all good at ARIT, here are facing 15 - 20 Resignations Per Month in IT, No Growth, Full Burden of Work, Not Work-Life Balance, they expect you if know the name of tool you are master of that tool, at last they will Increase your notice period without any intimation, officially it's 60 Days but it can increase upto 90 - 95 Days as they wish.

Dislikes

Teammates are good, most of the people are Locals of Jodhpur who can't leave their Native Places, Nothing in Financial or Technical Growth.
