They may take you out for sports activities for team building. If you like to play cricket, this might be the only positive thing for you here.

... culture - favoritism, politics, blame game, shouting and insulting environment - Variable pay components are not paid - they will say sales targets are not fulfilled and this reason is for all departments, not just for sales - Founder is a puppet of Simran - There is no process for anything, you have to even beg for your salary slips - Also, very poor office buildings, very poor hygiene - be prepared to get sick, urinals are always overflowing, flys and mosquitos where you will work from. DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY, A BIG NO

In my 4+ years at Analytics Vidhya, I developed my technical as well as leadership skills. Leaders like Kunal and Sunil were very supportive and the environment was perfect to learn. Learnings gained during my time at AV are still helping me in my current role. It's a great platform for anyone who wants to contribute to the data science community.

During my six-month internship as a Customer Success Intern at Analytics Vidhya, I had the opportunity to work with some wonderful team members, especially my seniors, Antra and Ankur, who were incredibly supportive and taught me a lot.

However, I found the overall company culture challenging. The upper management often preferred to defer decisions rather than taking prompt action. Despite my hard work, my efforts were not recognized. At the end of my internship, I was told that I would need to extend it for another six months, and that if I didn't comply, it might impact my future opportunities in the industry. This experience has led me to seek new opportunities where my contributions are truly valued and respected.
