Meeting new clients and learning new processes with regards to sales and recruitment in insurance

I hate the structure of appraisal which clearly reveals the company's inability for provision of necessary resources to its employees. I strongly condemn the culture of playing unwanted politics which demotivates a person from working. The levels of partiality know no bounds and timely and proper incentives are rare and opportune, The process of learning and research is mostly self-driven while even the targeted prospects are invalid. The scope for career development is nil.
