U won't get promoted, employee's concern and situation was never their issue,all they care is output/production plan before customer given time Extending hours to finish plan soon and loot the incentives themselves not caring about the workers who work hard to finish their plans

Worst .. divisional centric old 10 years Lameducks control and do politics. They debit your salary no offer letter and play cheating later on.

Worst management... one idiotic fellow is there in each department who dominate others and sends out fellow colleagues.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Likes

The company offers a fairly independent work atmosphere. Bonding with peers and connect with seniors is quite good. No hierarchy based issues. As far as supporting through COVID-19 lockdown, the company insisted to work from home to all those employees whose nature of work permits it. Excellent precautionary procedures followed in the plant so that everyone working there is safe.

...he job, there is no formal training programs conducted, which could be improved. Also on salary and compensation, the company is below the market average

There are some lot of innovation in past and we can learn some good simulations and also ket designs.

...my first job, but i felt so worried about working here both physical and mental. Mainly salary . Im a design engineer here, its too low for a design engineer. I've a family to run but it seems i cant make it. If we ask about the salary they will , if you dont like then you can move on to other company. Respected people whomever trying to get in here , please this about it twice.
