I feel Salary is little low. Little politics, but its ok. Nothing else.

The office culture and work life balance is Excellent. Since the company wants you to grow with the organization the job is secured here.

...owth as employees hardly leave the job and stays at the same position for years. Compensation is also not as per expectation.

Good culture in factory good salary good work place freedom freely working not load in company workers enjoying to work place and gain lot of Pharmaceutical and industrial knowledge

HR Person is very bad in behaviour.after joining they misbehave.And give threat for termination. Very bad HR persons

Except to HR team all is good. There are three person in HR dept.HR manager behave very rudely and give threat for removing from job.

People working in this company are secured and also satisfied as it offers the work life balance with healthy working environment along with the monetary satisfaction simultaneously.

Dislikes

Company needs fresh and young emerging talent as the majority of employees are following the traditional ways to work and strict the new inventions or ways to automate the working process. They believe in manual work majorily.
