Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

- No work for longtime. - Teamleader not know anything about what they give in team.

Dislikes

Complete micro management. Always threatens employees and no job safety. Salary delays are usual and sometimes in 2 parts. No work life balance. HR Policies are terrible; changes it every now and then without notification. HR decisions are completely driven by top management and are not aligned with policies. Company applied different tricks to deduct salary and variable pay for long time when entire IT industry was booming. Only focuses on collecting money from projects.

Company culture is good.

...ssigned to you with very short deadline. There is no any bonus given by company. They are giving you a bonus by deduct a small portion from your salary. During covid-19 they are refuse to given previous year bonus and also refuse to given current year increment as well they are also deducted amount from salary. There is no value of employee. If you have any personal issue they dont support you. You first complete your work anyhow. You tired for Continuous call from client and ba. Minimum 50 call daily you need to attend with your development. Very late increment every year and new salary given almost complete half an year and arrears amount is given almost next year every time.
