...ation letter immediately after provision period I.e after 6 months from joining. Otherwise they may sack you and they won't give you 1 month basic salary. They deliberately delay to provide the Confirmation letter.

Lacking in corporate culture. They have incompetent design consultant who doesn't have the basic concepts. None of their designs are in compliance with Indian standard codes.

To all who is looking to join Amiya commerce and construction pvt ltd, I have joined in this company in 2021 April and left October 2021, still i have been not paid 4 months salary from this company, while you will work for this company they will give u part payment every month , Breakup(30%, 25% , 25% & 20%) salary is lagging by 2 month , once you give your resignation they will stop payment and once you will ask for payment they will start physical fight with you . The management is totally misusing there power , This company has a worst reputation in market , it doesnot complete a single project , it leaves the project in mid way, there is no scope of future in this company.

Dislikes

Here you will find yourself in a trouble as there is lots of internal dirty politics are going on, here the HR manager (Debashish Dey ) CEO (Ashim Dutta) , MD (Shabuj Ghatak) all will play with the person future and life too.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
