After completing B.Tech, there is no career growth, Poor salary structure, and poor management also.No extra benefit like leave or every year salary increment. #No work No pay at the plant. # So-called management, but all depend on CMD. # Working time 12 Hours.

it is a very very bad company. yes i was worked there but the company is not good.they dont give us salary in time. they deduct double amount from us like PF and ESI.(whrere one part employer paid they take employer part from us salary). i had never seen this type of company. buslhit.

NO APPRAISAL (YEARLY) 2.NO BONOUS (DEWALI ,PUJA ETC) 3.LATE COME DEDUCTION. 4.NO GRATUITY. 5.NO OVER TIME PAYMENT 6.FORCE WORK (SENIOURS ARE TREATING YOU LIKE A DONKY AND PUTING TOO MUCH PRASSURE) 7. ALWAYS MANPOWER SHORTAGE. (koi nhi tikta yaha) 8.TOO MUCH WORK PRASSURE. 9.HR WILL LIED AT THE TIME OF JOINING. 10.HR DONT HAVE ANY FIXED POLICY. (SO EVERY THING IS POSSIBLE) 11.PAYMENT @ 15 of MONTH.
