...ut I can't find any party s specifications properly and too much work for Lab So for me it's very bad experience of Ami organic ( also not given a divali bonus inbilt SALLARY deduction..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dont ever think to Join this company specially Dispatch dept. You will be treated as donkey. There is no appreciation no motivation. Toxic culture. Both HOD and Manager have the worst nature u have ever imagined.

Mental Manager. THERE IS NO APPRECIATION EVEN AFTER GIVING YOUR 100%. Too too too much Harrasment. Worst culture. You will destroy your career of you join dispatch department. You will be treated as a slave. Manager is Worst kind of person you will ever meet he is mentally ill. No action will be taken even after complaining to management. Don't don't don't think of joining this company in Dispatch dept. Manager mental health is not seriously not good so he will treat the staff like slave and uses bad words.
