... environment is present here. Everyone is almost on resign or planning to do so. They bring freshers with less salary thinking they can match the expertise. They don't make clear division in work and authority. VnA is stupid idea even after here for 2 yr samriddhi keeps bugging about quality. She is not 'empathetic' any way. She is a big big liar fs. Suparna thinks she is a cute little girly ahhhhhh. Acts always irritated.Finally out of here and happy. Hope for their betterment. And best of luck to new employees.

People are so self absorbed here that they don't care about surroundings. Mangers make a lot of nuisance here. Girls cling to their mangers in an uncomfortable manner and mangers appreciate this behaviour as they are getting the attention. Wave 2.2 is a total mess and revolves around a few AMs and DM. They make you their personal project if they find you saying something they don't like. I am happy that I am no longer here as my peace of mind was totally destroyed and promotion is a third world name here. Don't even talk about decent appraisal.

No opportunity for growth no promotion no skill up opportunities not at all employee centric very toxic people they are very much intrasted in personal life of people manger is very much into who’s dating whom and very very much personal judgments at times u just don’t feel low but also depressed

Its a fairly new organization but it has certainly established new norms for the new companies under the leadership of Mona Taneja and Bikram Vij. Before joining this organisation I had heard multiple negatives but I have had an amazing experience so far in the last 9 months. Be it recognising top performers or appreciating any ideas, AMH has excelled my expectations. I got trained 5 times for Multiple technicalities in first 6 months of my joining. I would highly recommend people to join this organization.

Poor Management - management lacks direction and fails to communicate transparently with employees. HR brings new rules case to case basis . Few senior managers are extremely humiliating in their approach . Leaders of the organization are puppets or walk on crutches of MD. They are running a MNC like a lala ji ki dukaan Worse internal recruitment process - the organisation hires freshers in low money and expects them to deliver quality work . Some people are only chosen for their “English” all other criteria are not applicable . They have tendency to body shop . HR Head , MD and other senior management believes in hiring low talent and firing them when they don’t perform . Selection process is very poor, they only need to fill empty seats . They bring people with zero talent and expects managers and SME to train them within 2 months and become productive . Please do not join AMH
