Most of the things are good in AmeriPrise financial like work environment, company culture, salary. Most important here we can see work life is balanced and also higher managements are closely working with employees.

Odd working hours Very old school processes, a lot of manual tracking worksheets, they still use excel

Good Learning opportunities in terms of systems architecture and designs for thise who are aiming at an architect profile

Dislikes

They are poor on salary and benifits part and have no freebies for the employees or any proper education/certification policy ( a policy is there but has to go through a lot of processes which takes around 2 months of time)
