- Camera's are everywhere in the office and Director watch all the activities on big screen. - Toxic work culture, senior employees & director does not have manners to talk , no professionalism. - No proper company policies, all employees are working 9+ hours Mon- Sat ,without flexibility. Working till late in the evening like 8-9-10 pm - Director does not like employees socializing , no celebrations happens, All the rules are based on his mood and requirement.
