Pathetic school as a teacher & as a student.only applicable money minded approach for parents. Maine apni daughter ki TC ke liye 25ya 26 th March me hi bol Diya th auske baad mujhe aureri family ko COVID ho gya tha isliye hum vaha ja nhi paye .first week April me jab principal s bola tab he said ki aapko 4200 something Rupay jma kr ke hi TC milegi.maine bahot request bhi ki fir bhi mujhe payment krna hi pda tab ka kr ambe school cbse Manjalpur se Tc li.jab ye log hum employee ke sath aisa kr rhe hai to parents ka to PTA hi nhi kya krenge. Bacho ki study par focus nhi hai parents ki money par hi Sara interest hai..so plz take care your money for Ambe school cbse Manjalpur.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
