Iam an green Badge PA there is no salary hikes, we are having only 730 increment at 1 year I was working from last 5 years in Amazon I was feeling there is no growth 📈

Amazon is a world class company, it provides good salary and facilities to its employees, cultural activities are held from time to time on facilities take very good care of company but annual bonus or to increase salary yearly salary with agency salary increases by 500 rupees i worked with an agency in amazon

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
