Salary is not at par with the market requirements. The company has shown an immense tendency of cutting down the costs of retaining an employee in the ongoing economic scenario. The company is not at all employee concerned at present as it used to be in the past because the lower level employees suffer a lot of discrimination in terms of remuneration and emoluments as compared to the higher level of employees.

Salary :- Senior employees work from 10 years with some pay... Now fresher's also same Salary diffence between only 2-3 thousands.... Except all ok if this change all employees are brand amasiders

...nd different components included, that you'll get the next year pro rated basis. The in hand salary is very less.

No any likes,they provide food so that employees will work like company is only their life

If you salary is 6 lakhs you will get 35k take home.Inappropriate deductions like super annuation fund 28percent(employee contribution 14 percent and employer contribution 14 percent from your salary).Besides that there is worst culture.No proper training programs.

Salary benefits is not good otherwise no remarks & there is no value & respect for employees in any situation there is no response in HR department And others facallity they are showing very negligence in those roles & security aslo very badly techies employees
