...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The staff is extremely supporting during critical times and its a good place to develop your skills in any particular department you belong to. Apart from that you work in a hierarchy where everything is systematic.

Dislikes

Work load is extremely high on the employees especially the clinical staff. Incentives and Holiday are also below average if compared to other organizations. The overall growth is also poor. Because of the shortage of Fresher staff, every task had to be done by the senior staff that consumed a lot of time. Compansations are devasting and are not up to the mark.

It's was great experience because I had learnt a lot of skills through Amandeep mam, moreover she is an very ambitious personality. I have learnt a lot of skills from her which is good for my future.

Dislikes

There is no any dislike point about this organization, all are professional and speaking skills are great of all staff.
