The pay is decent ...bordering on market disruption, the company has a tendency of hiring management on above average packages this at the start looks like a benifit however is a massive market disruption eventually not allowing employees to find a job close or even higher to the pay grade..can be looked at as a positive.

Dislikes

There is a whole list of dislikes 1. The company works in a way which is of a very orthodox mentality, change is something no one likes around here. 2.the organization Structure is very weird as all support roles like training and quality report higher up to operations. 3. No programs or courses offered in terms of skill and personal development. 4.No benifits , there are No sick leaves , No comp offs and no additional benifits other than insurance given by the company. 5. The culture is a bit exhausting after a while and becomes toxic since change is not welcome around here and the same is seen by higher management. 6. The office was kept running all throughout covid which goes to show how much the company cares about its employees, only after a death in the staff was witnessed a certain part of the workforce was allowed to work from home while the office was still kept running on the presumption of it being essential services. 7. There is so much mismanagement all over and it doesn't look like it is resolving anytime soon. The organisation has very unrealistic goals and often is not able to achieve set expectations on many levels.

Likes

Salary on time. Which is indeed bare minimum sufficient enough so, that you can effort "vada pav" in Last 11 days.

Dislikes

Every 2 month policies get change. Because when employee is working on track they try to implement some new rules and policies so that they can hamper monthly and annual rating of the employee so he or she can get minimum appraisal. Because they want to do cost cutting. And very strict policy on everything. Kind of hire and fire. Too much Women centric Even when the girl knows she is wrong but still miss use to being women. No free transport unlike other companies.

Dislikes

Salary deduction for late login and No sick leave policy only provide 1.5 days paid leave every month nothing elese no room for sickness family emergency it will go as unpaid leave if you don’t have the leave balance

No work culture, not an employee centric organization, unrealistic expectations from the employee. Instead of focusing on betterment of business, the company and the clients focus on the errors of the employees.

A M offers a good salary than compared in market.

Dislikes

The company culture is not at all good. No job security. Toxic work environment. We have to be in office at any cost even if we are ill or in any situation. Manager does not support and a hell lot of things.
