Low salary, poor management, if there is any call flow they will make you extend 30 mins or 1hr in after 8pm ... If we're not agreeing they force employees like anything.. Very worst because manager are forcing tl, that's why tl are forcing employees... If I ask any salary explanation tl will try to convince only rather than giving proper solution because they don't have data about salary details... Very worst don't join here to waste your time if your are engineer.... It is airtel voice process we don't access to do some option for customer simply we are trying to convincing the customer by telling some lies this is our role. .. Full waste of time nothing to learn there... Only we will learn patience in critical situation because customer will scolded in bad word also we don't have right to reply we have to say the warning script in 3 times it is very if any one scolded in bad words we will silent...

I completed one year in that company, but I used to feel extremely frustrated. We had to wait until the 7th of every month for the salary. Almost every time, I had to extend my shiftWhen I submitted my resignation, no one tried to retain me—none of the managers even asked why I was leaving. On my last working day, I had to personally go to each department and collect signatures for the resignation formalities.

...n affair with the TL named Mahima Yogi. Always fake commitment to the customers. Salary issue they will deduct 40 to 50% salary without any reason and will never give them.

Work culture is worst. No team management is there. No promotion no salary hike Some employees faced overwhelming work load while other had to do. Frustrated team leader.
