1. Boring and monotonous work 2. Too much manual tasks 3. Learning curve flatlines after a few months 4. No job security 5. Stressful work 6. Too much pressure for quality and little things that do not really make a lot of difference

... is focused on employees well being and has some clear cut goals. Company has 4.5 working days, team outing once every three months, quarterly and annual bonus, learning platform and many.

Middle management does make it hard for employees. Some Managers are very bad and make workplace toxic

1) No Job security 2) The Boardex HR never responds 3) No Skill development 4) Micro Management for simple processes 5) They pressure you for processes that can be done simple 6) They canceled all bonuses and brought in a "performance bonus", which only extremely good employees can get, and this year they hardly provided this bonus. they constantly say "Push and work a little more" 7) No fairness in salary
