I had opportunities to move to other departments and learn the process.

There is a lot of politics and managemebt doesnt address issues. Salary hike wont bw there for 2 to 3 years.. Gives reasons for it. Growth is impossible as they expect us to da daily work. No much learning.

I cannot remember single positive thing in Altisource even after work here for around 2 years.

... policies are reckless thats why attrition rate is very high in last few months.8) Salary hike is only 2-4% in Appraisal even after every possible effort.

My trainer who was also my team leader and my floor lead were very understanding cooperative learnt alot from them as this was my first job did mistakes but learnt from it. Work Environment is very light had fun. Thank for your support guys.

Salary was less because of which I was under ESI insurance which was like no insurance.

...orked for 6.2 years, have seen many times lay-offs without prior notification. Compensation is little lower than market standards.

Everything, No Appraisal or increment from last 3 years, No Promotion, No Bonus, Not even Retention Bonus, Got 25% cut in salary. Somebody please give me offer, I'll leave this shiit hole.
