Overall good company to work with you have job security. Work culture is good. Management tries to keep company future plans and policies as clear and transparent.

Dislikes

... may be demotivating for employee when this happens more than 2-3 months a year. As monthly incentive are approx 15 to 25 % of total salary. A good performer when losses this for a long time may not give thier 100 %. One company i worked with used to give average of last quarter incentive in this case.

I love the workaholic and secure atmosphere being a female employe. The compensation is on time. Very Co operative management. Facilities are really good. Awesome place to work. Look forward to come back.

Politics is everywhere. So no hard feelings for anyone.

Growth/Career wise they give opportunity to every employees. Working culture is good.

Compensation is decent and work pressure is very high. Most of the times due to high volume I even have to work on weekends which is pain sometimes.

Work life balance is good and you may get good package comparatively however growth and increment is terrible here.

There are no employee benefits. No increment or very less increment with 0% growth factor

Everything, No Appraisal or increment from last 3 years, No Promotion, No Bonus, Not even Retention Bonus, Got 25% cut in salary. Somebody please give me offer, I'll leave this shiit hole.
