no ESOPs for lower level employees, appraisals are not so good, not have a good rewards and recognition program, some benefits and facilities are missing for e.g. Car lease program, International relocation.

Good client to work Better leaning opportunities from different clients. Salary structure are managed

Less learning in client side. Salary increment cab ve better. Technology growth are there but less opportunities to projects.

Work life balance was severy hampered. Leadership lacks vision. Work culture was very toxic due to the manager. Mid level management is incapable and lacks knowledge about data analytics and data science. Very much biased towards a group of employee. My reporting manager was very ill behaved and bad mouth. Leadership lacks screening power between good employee and bad employee.

In every aspect Altimetrik is Top performer, Whether it's work life balance, salary and hike. Also Altimetrik has Quality of work and technology . Cousera is learning platform for everyone.

Dislikes

Only one Issue with Altimetrik is Job Security. Short Term projects(3 months) due which you will come on bench regularly. Still clients don't see Altimetrik as a Brand, due to which employee also don't get that kind of respect. Majorly it's staffing, don't have in house ODC projects.

Pathetic work culture and management. It's more like a religious institute than an IT firm with head weight idiotic managers, their politics, and their favorite subordinates who dances to their tunes with zero job security. You are treated like cows in a slaughter house.
