There is a troubling issue of favoritism in the company certain employees are actively surpassing new employees to maintain their control and they receive preferential support from manager, this support allow their error to go unnoticed and shield them from consequence such as incentive reduction or error correction this biased practice erodes meritocracy and foster toxic management culture it is crucial to address the problem and ensure that all employee are held consistent standard thereby fostering fair and equitable work environment where advancement is based on merit and contribution employee are reluctant to speak out due to fear of losing the job it appears some individual is having advance access of insider information about upcoming changes or decision

Amazing Company, Lot of stuff to work. CEO of the company will give you all the time and ownership to learn and handle projects independently. If get opportunity grab it and learn as much as you can
