Alshaya is a great company to work with, during Covid, our kids are having online classes & the management has given us a support in where we can choose to work from home to support our kids, which is great.

Dislikes

Salary wise & career growth is less when compared to other companies. Certain divisions don’t have Bonus which makes us feel low.

Getting salary and bonus on time. Getting training on time. Internal vacancy for growth, Always secure your job.

Some of the Managers promoting their on people, even they doesn't know how to do the work. They are one always fail to achieve the target.

There is group of people from Kerala they will not allow you to grow. They will promote there own people all the Managers in Finance all are from Kerala only and there is no proper account Handling even though people are working from Long time i.e above 10 Years. It will be continued like this means company will close as soon as possible. I will pray to god 🙏 chairman is will see this are all aspects and correct it. In the company 65% keral peoples are there.

Company culture is good, very much good learning experience

... due to changes from the last year it becomes very difficult to work over there. Salary compensation is not upto the mark.
