1) Worst management 2) Worst work culture 3) No growth 4) No increments 5) they make employees work from home and wont pay that months salary 6) the Old General Manager is the worst guy in the company, he held many employee's full and final settlements for more than 3 years, 7) Company management manipulates Material Batches, documents, stocks. 8) This is a 40 year old company has no growth itself compared to other pharma companies started after 2000

Horrible Maanegment as well as worse Hr policy's. If you resign from your position they will laag the issue either you have to abscond nor you have to be patience until you have to complete your notice period, Poor increments

Management is worst. They only like to earn money. They don't even bother about employees and management doesn't have respect about employees.. One old administration fellow spoils everything. MD is an useless. His son doesn't have any vision at all. They maniplates batches also.
