Company is good but no recognition / Value to potentials due to some managers.. No or very minute VPIP payment to employees is a major dissatisfaction among employees. No proper distribution of ratings / Promotion/Salary corrections etc. among all departments,

Good work environment & culture. company policies are good. company all staffs are good communicating with work area.. company rules & regulations very good...

There is a lot of politic and local issues.very less salary.career growth is slow.

.... One thing also I want to notify that amidst pandemic situation of COVID19 i.e. during complete lock down organization had credited full salary to all employees although they were facing a lot of crises.

The Company is open to innovations. Introduced high quality products. The company also has employee re hiring policy.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high which does not match with the compensation. The managers are guided by their own goals and dose not value individual achievements and strength. The company policies depend upon one man. hence there is no job security.
