Low salary, very low annual increment and promotion increment, less parking facility, work allocation

Good company if you are a freshser. Salary on time. Flexiable shift timings. Work from home option is also available. Some good people who will guide you for your betterment.

Dislikes

There are few managers who blow one's own trumpet but I really feel thye were literally thrown out from their previous organizations. Good company, if you are a fresher and you will definately meet some good souls who are really willing to make a difference but sadly they get dominated by the toxic set of poeple who thinks they own the company but the truth is they know nothing and pretend to be the smartest people on the planet.

When I joined this Company so there was many expectations I had however my every expectation got cancelled due to the company atmosphere and management behaviour

Nothing to like in this company company policy is good but manager are not.... your increment based on your quality not your hardwork...

...rimination at the time of increment or promotion...they always try to use you... they forced to do extra work without pay....

Company policies are good. Teammate are amezing and very helpfull also cafeteria is huge with good food. I was greatful to work with Allianz.

Political management, you will get a salary on time but not the same salary . Growth chances are not so good.
