I was tortured by my direct managers in my final year of service and then the HR manager forced me to resign. The HR team always takes the side of the team managers without any investigation in case of an issue between employees and team manager.

Allianz Services was a greatplace however there were quite lot of infiltrations from third party call centre and their thuglaq decisions spoilt eveything

Allianz has excellent work environment and I had Wonderfull teammates. Work culture is good.They always give value for innovation and new ideas we give.

Sales team had less learning opportunities compared to other departments. Basic salary package needs to be improved for the amount of work and pressure we handle in sales. More career opportunities should given for people looking a way out of sales. Growth is slow for most(No of employees are more may be a reason).
