The salary is not revised according to market standards. A salary revisal should be done every three years apart from the yearly appraisal because an employee has to take care of his general expenses in the same society where inflation never eases down. If not beat inflation, at the least care should be taken an employee is not badly affected by inflation due to his poor salary revisal.

Even in time of COVID This company is supporting each of its employees by saving their jobs and providing increments and bonus.

The salary provided is too low for freshers and the it takes many years to reach a decent salary.

I wants my appraisal I am working last 7 month my in salary 12000 I am not satisfied I give hard work of both departments audit AP and network audit I think I give 110%

Salary increment very less, Repetitive,redundant job.. Limited career roles to choose. After a certain grade people manager roles are the only option if you don't have process specific skills
