The company was simmering with pressure of sales. The ceo and manager didn't compensate my salary.

The job was sales as in we have to pitch the events to international clients. The old employees were at par but I was a newbie , they didn't give me time to accommodate with the work.

Sadly everything doesnt runs on compensation. The work - pressure is neutral but inhouse politics and disrespect towards specfic candidates were high. Also, when asked for personal leaves, even once in a blue moon, you shall you asked and digged out whatever the possible reason you took leave for. No scope for ideator. No new innovations are accepted in sales pitch. No job security. you can walk up today morning and you might sit at home by afternoon with no job. The reason of getting fired are also sometimes biased. Sometimes, taking a leave for 2 days or long can also cost you the job, no matter how important your reasons were and even if you had leave balance.

The CEO is very bad. Marketing team is in Slovakia and eats the deal. The CEO is always after Indian people to bring deals. The team makes the pathetic products, I mean nobody would want to attend the summits.

You can only learn about International market and improve your communication.

Dislikes

No proper training given. No job security and no work culture. Hiring and firing is done without any reasons. I would never suggest any one to ruin there experience and work there.
