... Please don't go by the employee-size and environment as it is just an illusion. Despite earning profits, the company does not pay salaries to the employees before 1 month delay. People join the company, earn six month experience and then leave the company. they don't pay FNF to employees as well. If you want to save your career then don't join the company.

Everything is fantastic in Alivenet, I never feel I am working for company, It is always like I am working for me here. Open work culture, supportive & familiar stuff, satisfactory appraisal and every thing is just awesome.

The worst possible place to work right now. Salaries are given almost 2 months late. And they only answer they'll ever give you is that they do not have funds. But at the same time, they want everything in order as if nothing is wrong. DO NOT come here.

The management is poor. The communication between managers and employees. Salaries delayed by almost 2 months. Incompetent management. No scope for learning and personality development.

Everything from the work to the environment. Nothing was good in the company. People were incompetent, higher ups were irresponsible and cherry on the top- they earned money through dark business.
