Work life balance was good...other than that there is nothing much to say as I was the only one who worked as a statistician there...not many experienced people there to guide you through. In aspect of IT it is good.

Salary wise really poor...as per there understanding of market standards they are way off the market...yes i understand that it is a startup(not that well doing one though), but i wish they start doing better. As a statisticians point of view I had to do everything on my own...there is no one senior enough to guide you through...
