1.The company will not provide you promised salary after probation period and you will not receive any proper reply from manager. 2.working hours 9:30 to 7:30 for men,9:30-to 6:30 for women(Monday to Saturday) and this will be keep on changing based on management decision . 3.Very few casual leaves and there will be rules for taking paid leaves too.No proper work segregation and allocation.It is like some people are handling a lot but some people less and no promised proper pay even you do the extra work . 4.will get calls all the time from clients even on Sunday and night after 10:00 pm and have to available for calls even when you are on leave.Not worth it.
