The company is good but you should come on the staff because here for the non staff work shift is 12 hours (9 Hours + 2.5 hours OT) & only 1 day week off (Friday) And for the stuff there is a 9 hours duty and two days week off (Fri & Sat) + also they getting other benifits & allowances. So is better to come in Alfanar in Staff catagory.

Facilities which provided to non staff or who come on 2 year contract period.

Yes I like to Alfanar but now I want going to Europe work want to new experiences and how to lief want some business trick so future is good

Work politics is high. Technocrats or highly technical individuals will feel difficult to work. Due to which competitive growth is slow.
