Company not support during lockdown period and my all staff not satisfied from Alexis due to huge cutoff in salary. Company not stand with his employees in pathetic circumstances...

No salary increaments, i didn't get increament in 2 year service after requests. Management Ego problems. Treat like a labour. No bonus, no leave incashment, laps all balance EL/PL/CL/SL leaves at year end. Many more, which i have seen.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes. Mangers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back mu suggestions most of times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client. Senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Sir if company give the holiday to employee any reason just like marriage function, Disease, And also regarding tour. Employee provide the information completely not available these dates to these. Company will not call you and contacted you between these dates

Salary provided not timely sir salary said is given from 12th date of every but one and two time is provided 12th date and rest of the month salary is not provided on 12th. Last month march 2023 will check the Provident fund balance but not transfer in my provident fund passbook not to show. ESI facility is not provided the company but deducted every month you said how to know read appointment letter. During the time of interview and training period company is not said the target but while entered in floor just pass first day of these company day shift team leader Mr Ajay said I don’t know about interview and training period targets is completed or not but you entered in floor target mets daily basis. Sir company provided the holiday from your side but deduct the leaves week off of the employee just like me and other include also. Sir I don’t listen company give the leave and provide the holiday from your side and deduct into employee week off. Sir it’s is my humble request to you check these information given by without any information to senior my above company name. Its means surprise and suddenly and join as a executive and agent.

I would like to share that the Salary part is the best in Alexis Global. You will get your salary timely without any delay. Also would like to add that during my tenure , i was reporting to Senior VP , East. He is a really Good person, supported & encouraged. Always trusted the way i wanted to take the work further.

The salary hike should be provided for an experienced person Rather than that everything is Ok
