Before 15 August all person job secured beacuse that time plant handle by Mr. Jinara Sanjivan Poojari. After that joined Mr. Dhananjay Vyahvhre no job security there. No working culture there l. Only harassment of people. Management of alembic group is very foolish beacuse they not respect those person. Whose work day night and complete the plant only 1.5 years and filling the product. Now company handled those person he already kick out from many organisations and never think about employees. Now all old employees left there. No any old employees work there.

...son did work to forget to all our personal and work there day night for company. after two year time of promotion management say we are unable to pay salary to employees and another side he assign a employe in 1.5cr per annum. how it company is good. For example Aleor Organization 25 Sep 2021after sucessful USFDA audit completion and 27 sep 2021 management call to 55 employees and say from today's company unable to pay salary so u not come from next day.

...rs and healthy environment was there, transportation facilities are available. They give good salary hike and promotions.

Previous management was understanding life of working mother. Understanding medical issues of your family and your responsibility towards them after 9 hour job.

Dislikes

Current management not understanding responsibility of working women who does have look after their families too, after working hours. Total partial management. Not respecting women. Having male igo and doing everything for defaming girls who can be equivalent to them at work place.

Work environment & culture of this organization is good. Management is supportive in nature and transparent for each every employee who is working with the Aleors. Company policies are good in growth as well as in learning prospects.

No problem at this organization to anyone.

Alembic pharmaceuticals Ltd is good company however Aleor is joint venture so does not follow same policies. Growth opportunities at senior level is not good. Covid19 support to employee was not good. At beginning Aleor was good company to work but last one year became worst.

Dislikes

Both Alembic and Orbicular as individuals great place to work. Managment is good and supportive. Fair change for growth for each employee. I will be happy to work any one of these companies.
