Salary is average. Adjustment issues are hude due monthly Target acheivment. That's the main reason to leave.

Not right salary structure to senior working employees at downtheline. Purely Top Management internal political company. I had forced to make my decision. Worst HR policies for recruitment

...Shreno) will stop at nothing to keep their jobs. This is not a place for growth. No promotions and extremely meager pay increases. extremely hazardous environment. This organization is inferior to roadside contractors and clients. The management lacks a vision.  Employees are not treated properly, and no one should be allowed to work for longer than three or four years. Someone will put in a lot of effort, and someone else will gain a  good reputation. Many people are planning leave this worst workplace.
