-Below-market pay coupled with unrealistic workloads. -If you enjoy being overworked and underpaid, this is the place for you. -It's a revolving door of employees here, and for good reason. Low salaries, excessive workloads, and broken promises make it impossible to build a stable career.

Only Salary on time . Corporate culture also good

There is no culture development and management is not ready to develop the culture. No appreciation, There is no arbitrary increment as per work, the manager's favorite will be paid good incriment. Company hire c grade contractor. No any personal growth 📈 . Not good for Quality & safety dept. Not getting promotion on time. Employees working more than 12 years they do not give promotion. Managmet. Management does not take attention to any work. The on site team is not given any kind of honor from the Ho staff. Project managers cannot manage the contractors. Project managers only pass the time, and cannot take any kind of 'on time' decision, and if some incidents occur, the ground staff is blamed. The project manager takes the money from contractor and manages with the nest contractor.

...ra 03-04 hours daily,but not giving C-off or OT. Always hire young one for dept. Head post with low salary.very pathetic condition here.

Company is good salary comes on time job security is also there growth opportunities are much but depends opon your trums with seniors .every thing is ok except the politics in management

Sales pressure is high. Politics in alembic is major issues

...y organisation n it help you to develop both on professional and personal front. Alembic is not a great paymaster but you would receive your salary and perks always on time. Alembic always give chance to his employees to grow both vertically and horizontally. Overall very good organisation to work with.
